Has anyone noticed that dante's shop is the same as 3 but this is set after the 1st? 0_o
They never really thought it out.

yeah, It was shown in the ending of 3 that the pool was there again. And this is after the 1st game, that is after the 3rd one right? it is still the same in 1 as in 3.

Not a mistake. Dante clearly changed the name back after Trish left the shop, especially since the name "Devil May Cry" has a significant meaning to Dante; it's a tribute to his brother.
